The Aspen House | Apartment 2

Apartment 2 is a garden-level Apartment with plenty of natural light throughout. In addition to the full bath with granite double vanity sinks, there is also a “Jack & Jill” full bath that two of the bedrooms share. This Apartment has one of the largest kitchens with the most counter and kitchen cabinet space.

Fire Protection System:

1. Built brand new in 2010 to International Building Code standards.
2. Every bedroom, closet, living area, and mechanical area is equipped with fire sprinklers.
3. Every bedroom, living area, and common area has a hard-wired smoke/carbon monoxide detector.
4. Every bedroom and living area has a hard-wired wall-mounted strobe light that is both an audible and visual fire alarm.
5. Fire alarm system is monitored 24/7 by a contracted monitoring company, which automatically calls the City of Boulder Fire Department in the event the fire alarm is activated.
6. All of the bedroom doors are solid core wood doors.
7. The apartment doors have a 20-minute fire rating.
8. All of the self-closing stairwell steel fire doors have a one-hour fire rating.
9. Large egress windows in every bedroom and living area.
