The Oak House | Apartment 41

Apartment 41 faces three directions – West, North, and East – with private decks off of each bedroom and a communal deck off of the living room. The decks are great for taking in the amazing views of Boulder with friends. The Apartment has unique vaulted ceilings with skylights in the bedrooms and living rooms.

Fire Protection System:

1. Built brand new in 2015 to International Building Code standards.
2. Every bedroom, closet, living area, and mechanical area is equipped with fire sprinklers.
3. Every bedroom, living area, and common area has a hard-wired smoke/carbon monoxide detector.
4. Every bedroom and living area has a hard-wired wall-mounted strobe light that is both an audible and visual fire alarm.
5. Fire alarm system is monitored 24/7 by a contracted monitoring company, which automatically calls the City of Boulder Fire Department in the event the fire alarm is activated.
6. All of the bedroom doors are solid core wood doors.
7. The apartment doors have a 20-minute fire rating.
8. All of the self-closing stairwell steel fire doors have a one-hour fire rating.
9. Large egress windows in every bedroom and living area.
