The Aspen House | Apartment 1

Apartment 1 is a garden-level Apartment with amazing natural light throughout. This unit is on the East side of the building. The wrap-around granite bar in the kitchen is perfect for entertaining your friends and is the only wrap-around kitchen bar in the building.

Fire Protection System:

1. Built brand new in 2010 to International Building Code standards.
2. Every bedroom, closet, living area, and mechanical area is equipped with fire sprinklers.
3. Every bedroom, living area, and common area has a hard-wired smoke/carbon monoxide detector.
4. Every bedroom and living area has a hard-wired wall-mounted strobe light that is both an audible and visual fire alarm.
5. Fire alarm system is monitored 24/7 by a contracted monitoring company, which automatically calls the City of Boulder Fire Department in the event the fire alarm is activated.
6. All of the bedroom doors are solid core wood doors.
7. The apartment doors have a 20-minute fire rating.
8. All of the self-closing stairwell steel fire doors have a one-hour fire rating.
