The Aspen House | Apartment 3

Apartment 3 is on the East side main level of the building directly facing 11th Street. This is the only apartment in the building that does not share a common stairwell with the other apartments in the building. This Apartment has exclusive access to the front porch and is the only Apartment with dedicated off-street parking for two to three vehicles depending on the size of the vehicles. The rest of the apartments share parking spaces on the West side of the building off the alley. The second bathroom in this Apartment is the largest bathroom with the largest custom mirror (over 7′ long) over the granite slab of any bathroom on the property.

Fire Protection System:

1. Built brand new in 2010 to International Building Code standards.
2. Every bedroom, closet, living area, and mechanical area is equipped with fire sprinklers.
3. Every bedroom, living area, and common area has a hard-wired smoke/carbon monoxide detector.
4. Every bedroom and living area has a hard-wired wall-mounted strobe light that is both an audible and visual fire alarm.
5. Fire alarm system is monitored 24/7 by a contracted monitoring company, which automatically calls the City of Boulder Fire Department in the event the fire alarm is activated.
6. All of the bedroom doors are solid core wood doors.
7. The apartment doors have a 20-minute fire rating.
8. All of the self-closing stairwell steel fire doors have a one-hour fire rating.
9. Large egress windows in every bedroom and living area.
