The Aspen House | Apartment 8

Similar to Apartments 5 & 6, Apartments 7 & 8 can be combined into one master apartment. Apartment 8 is on the top floor (3rd floor) and faces the West side of the building. This Apartment has the best mountain views in the building. Each of the bedrooms has beautiful views of the Flatirons. This is the only apartment with a kitchen island, which allows for more room for entertaining.

Fire Protection System:

1. Built brand new in 2010 to International Building Code standards.
2. Every bedroom, closet, living area, and mechanical area is equipped with fire sprinklers.
3. Every bedroom, living area, and common area has a hard-wired smoke/carbon monoxide detector.
4. Every bedroom and living area has a hard-wired wall-mounted strobe light that is both an audible and visual fire alarm.
5. Fire alarm system is monitored 24/7 by a contracted monitoring company, which automatically calls the City of Boulder Fire Department in the event the fire alarm is activated.
6. All of the bedroom doors are solid core wood doors.
7. The apartment doors have a 20-minute fire rating.
8. All of the self-closing stairwell steel fire doors have a one-hour fire rating.
9. Large egress windows in every bedroom and living area.
